The project includes partial roofing works with self-delivery, appointing labour-only subcontractors while managing all roofing materials and logistics directly.Key Responsibilities:Managing day-to-day roofing works and site logisticsCoordinating labour-only subcontractorsOverseeing materials procurement and controlEnsuring works are delivered to programme and quality standardsActing as the primary client-facing representativeMonitoring quantities on roofs and ensuring accurate reporting for commercial processesRequirementsProven experience with a roofing subcontractorStrong knowledge of roofing materials, sequencing, and site logisticsUnderstanding of quantities, measurements, and billable itemsConfident client-facing skillsAbility to drive programme and maintain high standards on site
