Billing Manager - International Law Firm ADERANT London (Hybrid 3:2) £95,000 - £120,000 A leading international law firm is hiring an experienced Billing Manager to oversee billing operations across London and another European office. This is a senior, hands-on role working closely with Partners, UK finance leadership, and US stakeholders. Aderant experience is essential. The Role Lead and develop a London-based billing team (c.9 direct reports) Oversee accurate, timely billing for London and another European office in line with client guidelines Manage complex Partner billing, pre-bills, final bills, and credit notes Ensure compliance with VAT, SRA Accounts Rules, and firm controls Monitor WIP and provide billing analysis and reporting Drive process improvements, e-billing initiatives, and system upgrades About You Strong Aderant knowledge (non-negotiable) Extensive law firm billing experience with international exposure Solid VAT and European billing knowledge Confident, hands-on manager comfortable working with senior Partners Detail-driven, commercially minded, and a true team player Candidates from related finance areas (e.g. credit control) will be considered if they have strong Aderant and international billing experience.
