This role focuses on supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs who present challenging behaviours linked to conditions such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or trauma-related needs. You ll provide consistent, structured support to help pupils regulate emotions, engage positively with learning, and develop coping strategies that promote long-term success. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals, you ll help implement behaviour support plans, de-escalation strategies, and clear routines within both classroom and intervention settings.
