Role Purpose The Housing Tutor will deliver teaching, coaching, and assessment support aligned to the Level 4 Senior Housing and Property Management apprenticeship standard and the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing. The Housing Tutor will support learners to develop a high-quality portfolio of evidence, integrate on-the-job (OTJ) learning into workplace practice, and progress confidently towards gateway and end-point assessment. Key Responsibilities Teaching and Learning Deliver structured remote and online teaching sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards and CIH expectations. Plan and implement learners Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and provide robust Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to ensure a strong start. Embed OTJ learning, translating theory into workplace tasks and coaching learners on high-quality evidence. Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and session materials in line with curriculum and quality team requirements.
