This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 0 3 years post qualification experience, to join a well-established department handling highly impactful cases involving service personnel, veterans and their families. The Role: You will manage a varied and meaningful caseload involving: Personal injury matters where service personnel were not adequately protected from illness or injury. Clinical negligence and industrial disease claims, including carcinogenic exposure cases. Drafting witness statements, pleadings and reviewing medical evidence. Advising clients on sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy. Instructing and liaising with Counsel; attending complex conferences. Taking initial enquiries and providing regular updates throughout the claims process. Attending legal clinics across multiple locations. Supporting senior lawyers and, when required, supervising junior team members.
