Purpose of the role: • Direct, manage and monitor annual rolling programme of condition surveys of the Councils estate. • Identify and secure agreement to and delivery of the £750k annual schools condition budget. To take a strategic view of the current and future infrastructure and asset management needs in relation to Education • To advise schools on accommodation development and capital issues in line with the Councils priorities to keep the schools operational.
