Payroll Specialist Dungannon (BT71) On behalf of our client, McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an experienced Payroll Specialist. Working as part of our client''s established accounts team the post holder will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes across all sites, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. Duties/Responsibilities: Multi-Jurisdiction Payroll: Processing end-to-end weekly and monthly payrolls across the UK and USA. Manage end-to-end payroll administration: Including new starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, overtime, statutory payments, and deductions. Complete payroll reconciliations and ensure payroll records are maintained accurately and securely. Pension and Schemes: Administering workplace pensions, including employee enrolment, contributions, opt-ins, opt-outs, and compliance with UK auto-enrolment legislation. Compliance Management: Ensuring adherence to HMRC legislation alongside specific US payroll regulations. Monitor changes in payroll legislation, taxation, pensions, and employment regulations across both the UK and USA and implement necessary updates. Reporting and Auditing: Preparing internal financial payroll reports, completing year-end activities including distribution of P60s, and supporting internal and external payroll audits.
