You''ll design and build production-ready agentic AI systems that support digital transformation and improve customer experiences. You''ll work with modern AI, cloud and event-driven technologies to build secure, scalable and high-performing solutions. You''ll also work closely with solution architects, product teams and stakeholders to turn business needs into practical AI services. What you''ll do Design and develop agentic AI systems that can reason, plan and take actions across multi-step workflows. Build scalable AI applications and microservices using Python. Develop solutions with Azure OpenAI, including prompt engineering, embeddings and fine-tuning strategies. Create multi-agent orchestration workflows using Semantic Kernel and LangGraph. Integrate tools, APIs and enterprise systems using MCP or similar frameworks. Design RAG architectures, memory, state management and context-aware agent behaviours. Improve the performance, cost and latency of LLM-based solutions. Set technical standards and best practices for AI services and integrations. Define evaluation, governance, security and responsible AI approaches. Support production deployments, troubleshooting and ongoing service improvements.
