Progression: Target/merit based progression with the opportunity for leadership & Director level roles
Commission: 10-40% of everything that you invoice. Opportunity in year 1 to earn -50k--80k

Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
Win new business through outbound B2B sales
Source, interview, and place candidates across the engineering, energy, tech, construction, and education sectors
Act as a trusted consultant throughout the hiring process
