Information Registered Manager Responsible for the safe and effective management of a children''s home Supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours Work with the RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards The home is a new, 3 bedded service Manage, recruit, develop and supervise staff team, ensuring all children have child-focused support, creating positive outcomes Manage safeguarding concerns Manage the home''s budget The service is based in Leeds Full-time, permanent contract Salary: Up to 80,000 + up to 6,000 in rating bonuses + 5,000 on completion of Ofsted registration + 2,000 loyalty bonuse + up to 2,000 quarterly occupancy bonus Requirements: Level 5 in leadership and management Level 3 in children and young people Driving Licence Deputy or Registered Manager experience
