Internal Sales Order ProcessingSlough£31,500 + yearly bonus and monthly commissionMonday to Friday 9am - 5pm (please note you will be required to work one late shift a week 11.30am - 7.30pm.)This is a real gem of a role working with a leading business based in Slough who provide products within a prestigious and luxury market.Our client is looking for an experienced internal sales person to join their Telesales team, you will need to have previous experience in sales, whether that is within Account Management, upselling or cross-selling and demonstrate that you can drive sales over the phone, coupled with the ability to provide leading customer service.Please note that the majority of this role is taking inbound calls from businesses and existing customers who are placing orders and processing and upselling products where appropriate. There will be some outbound calls required.Duties: Answering high volume inbound callsAccount management dutiesProducing sales analysis reportsMaking outbound calls to existing customersMaking outbound calls to lapsed accountsMaking focused outbound calls to move promotional stockProcessing ordersDealing with customer queriesUpselling promotional and new productsGeneral admin duties Requirements: Previous telesales/sales experience/customer service experienceA highly motivated individualExcellent communication skills On top of base salary is a monthly bonus based on promotional products sold, plus there is a yearly bonus, based on company sales
