Regulatory Affairs Manager - Full Time or Part Time Location; West Midlands. Hybrid Sector; Paints, Coatings, Pigments, Inks Our Client represents the interests of the decorative paints, industrial and powder coatings, printing inks, and wallcovering manufacturers in the UK. They are seeking an experienced Regulatory Professional to join their small regulatory team. The successful candidate will have experience of a chemical-based industry environment and ideally, knowledge of chemical and health, safety and environmental regulations. Experience of working within the coatings or ink company would be highly advantageous. You will be required to provide comprehensive support concerning national and European legislation, and other technical, and regulatory issues. You must be prepared to travel at times throughout the UK and Europe. Hybrid role though regular travel will be expected to their offices in West Midlands. Responsibilities of the Regulatory Affairs Manager: Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge on UK and EU legislation for various topics such as: construction products regulation; health and safety; environment; VOC emissions, waste; sustainability; chemicals: REACH, classification, labelling and packaging; operations management; energy and climate change; transport; British and international standards.
