As a Private Client Consultant, you will provide expert guidance to clients on a range of private client matters, helping them protect their assets and plan effectively for the future.You will be responsible for:Advising clients on Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Probate and Estate PlanningDrafting, reviewing and amending Wills and LPAsAssisting clients with inheritance tax and wealth preservation considerationsPreparing and submitting LPAs to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG)Building strong, long-term client relationshipsMaintaining accurate records using CRM systemsLiaising with clients, colleagues and stakeholders throughout the processAttending occasional client events, roadshows and regional meetingsEnsuring all work is completed accurately and within service level agreementsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:A Law degree or equivalent legal qualificationSTEP or CILEX qualification (or interest in working towards)Strong client-facing and ..... full job details .....
