Adecco are recruiting for a Electrical and Mechanical Engineer for their client based in Thatcham.The RoleReporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing the full lifecycle of machine electrical and control systemsAssembly, wiring and integration of electrical systemsTesting and fault-finding of bespoke production equipmentCommissioning machinery both in-house and on customer sitesCarrying out both electrical and mechanical work on custom-built equipmentWorking closely with colleagues to deliver projects within agreed budgets and timeframesEnsuring compliance with relevant specifications and standards, including UKCA, CE and ULProviding on-site commissioning, servicing and technical supportDiagnosing faults and resolving technical issues during installations and service visitsUndertaking regular national and international travel as part of ongoing commissioning and servicing requirementsIdeal Experience and SkillsElectrical Engineering qualificationExperience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerStrong electrical and mechanical competencyComfortable working across office, workshop and factory environmentsConfident in customer-facing situationsPlease note this role involves travel within the UK and internationally- please only apply if this is something you can commit to.Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
