Role OverviewAs Head of IT, you will be responsible for managing the internal IT function and overseeing the Professional Services Help Desk, ensuring service delivery meets high standards across all channels. You will play a key role in shaping the IT strategy, supporting business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the IT and Professional Services Help Desk team, fostering a positive and productive team environment.Oversee the planning and delivery of IT and print-related projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Maintain and develop IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring security, scalability, and operational efficiency.Support pre-sales activity by joining client meetings and providing technical guidance where required.Monitor service d
