The emphasis of this role will be in the areas of commercial and contract law, construction law as it relates to projects and services provided by our client, as well as the provision of legal advice more generally to the business, including matters relating to corporate governance, claims and litigation, and compliance. The right individual will be required to draft and support the business in negotiating a broad range of contracts for the business operations in the UK. Legal Responsibilities: Legal Counsel Proactively promote and practice effective and professional legal advice. Support pre-contractual legal considerations such as review and analysis of ITT s/RFQs and provision of ad hoc (strategic) advice to the sales, procurement and/or execution teams. Drafting and negotiating contracts, variations, and related documents forms as required. Support and advise the business teams on contract compliance, contract awareness, contract change management and related matters.
