The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of restaurant marketing, a passion for quality hospitality experiences, and a huge love of street food, of course!We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our marketing and social media strategies to promote our venue, boost brand awareness, and drive sales.Key Responsibilities:Crafts and executes marketing strategies-defining target audiences, KPIs, and impactful campaigns.Leads end-to-end marketing campaigns-from concept to execution and performance analysis across all channels.Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.Developing and managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and tracking expenses.Collaborating with cross functional teams such as events, operations and finance to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.Design food menus and promotional marketing materials for print.Coordinate with resident street food traders, guest traders, and external independent drink brands to drive market trends and promote new dishes and products.Tracking the performance of marketing campaigns, analysing data, and reporting findings to senior management.Working with external agencies and managing project deadlines.Ensuring that all marketing materials and communications align with the company''s brand guidelines.Collects customer data, analyses interactions and visits, and uses insights to improve marketing strategies and create reports.Expand company presence on new and existing social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.Delivers engaging written and visual content across emails, web, and social media.Preparing press releases, coordinating with PR agencies, and running influencer campaigns.Skills and Experience:Over 5 years of proven experience in social media management and marketing.Excellent communication and writing skills: for creating engaging content and interacting with audiences.The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is crucial.Develop fresh and engaging marketing campaigns.Strong organisational and project management skills.Proven track record of effective problem-solvingFamiliarity with marketing technologies, including CRM systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.Experience with Adobe Suite (Lightroom and Photoshop), Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, ResDiary, Voucher Cart and Eventbrite.Must have strong knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Understanding of social media trends and best practices.PreferredA bachelor''s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required.Experience in a management or leadership role.Photography skills are an asset.Exposure to hospitality, or FandB is preferred.
