I am currently working with a well esteemed Law Firm in Leamington Spa who has an immediate need for Paralegal - Conveyancing / Conveyancing Assistant for a project. Job Title: Paralegal - Conveyancing Location: Birmingham Contract Type: 3 months (roughly) Salary: £16.32 per hour - £19.00 per hour via an umbrella company Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home Key Responsibilities of a Paralegal - Conveyancing Provide day-to-day support to solicitors and fee earners on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and Right to Buy transactions. Open new files, draft initial client care documents, and ensure compliance checks are completed. Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, completion statements, and other legal documents. Carry out searches, review results, and liaise with clients, local authorities, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters smoothly. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring all communications are logged and dealt with promptly. Maintain accurate case records using the firm''s case management system. Prepare files for exchange and completion, ensuring deadlines are met. Provide administrative support, including billing, file closing, and other ad-hoc tasks as required. Essential Skills and Experience: Previous experience working in a paralegal or conveyancing assistant role, ideally within residential property. Ability to manage you
