This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing a weaving production shift, ensuring operational performance, product quality, safety compliance and team development. The successful candidate will lead a team of experienced operators and trainees, driving production efficiency while promoting a positive, high-performance culture. This role requires a proactive supervisor who can analyse production issues, identify improvements and support continuous development across the department. Key Responsibilities Shift Leadership and Team Management Lead and supervise a dedicated weaving production shift, taking responsibility for safety, quality, productivity and team performance. Manage and support a team consisting of both experienced weavers and trainees, adapting leadership style to individual needs and experience levels. Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance and performance feedback to ensure operational standards are achieved. Build strong working relationships through visible leadership, consistency and fair decision-making. Identify training and development requirements within the team and support ongoing skills development.
