Overview We are seeking a driven and dependable Field Service Specialist with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. This role combines technical service delivery with a consultative, value focused sales approach within the food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will build long term customer relationships, deliver innovative hygiene and process solutions, and support customers in achieving operational efficiency, sustainability, and food safety standards. This is a field based role, ideally suited to someone residing in Mid to South Wales, with frequent travel to customer sites. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key customer stakeholders. Introduce new programmes, service concepts, and innovations to customers. Conduct site surveys, prepare commercial and technical proposals, and present solutions to win new and existing business. Manage margins to deliver agreed gross profit targets. Advise and consult on hygiene chemical selection, technical application, and process optimisation. Support customers with both routine and specialist hygiene and sanitation challenges. Deliver contracted value through consistent service, technical expertise, and innovation. Provide innovative, value added solutions tailored to customer needs.
