IT Support/IT Manager

IT Support/IT Manager Purpose We''re looking for an experienced IT professional to provide hands-on support and manage IT systems. This role covers user support, system administration, and ensuring data security, while also helping to develop and improve business applications. The role Deliver 1st line support for staff and remote users. Manage Servers, networks, and system updates. Oversee data security: backups, Firewalls, antivirus, and compliance. Administer remote access (eg, Citrix) and Microsoft 365. Maintain hardware/software inventory and licences. Support and develop case management and business systems. Manage vendors and IT support contracts. Produce user guides, training, and system reports. Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards. About You Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, 365, Windows Server, Active Directory. Familiarity with case management systems, Citrix, email security, and remote support tools. Desirable: security tools, IT asset management, VBA programming. 3+ years in IT support/systems admin (legal/professional services background advantageous). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
