Working closely with the Health and Safety and Compliance teams, you will play a key role in maintaining essential records, supporting audits, monitoring training requirements, and ensuring company systems remain accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities as a Health and Safety Coordinator: Compliance and Systems Administration Maintain health and safety records, registers, and compliance documentation. Monitor equipment inspection and testing schedules, ensuring records remain current. Track employee training and competency records, identifying upcoming and expired certifications. Support the administration of industry-recognised qualifications and training programmes. Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work documentation for review and approval.
