Senior Quantity Surveyor - Maidstone An established independent construction consultancy based in Maidstone is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across a varied portfolio of property and construction projects throughout Kent, London and the wider South East. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage commissions from initial feasibility and cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with clients, architects, contractors and wider consultant teams, providing clear commercial advice while maintaining control of project costs, risk and contractual matters. This role would suit a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys the autonomy and direct client contact offered by an independent consultancy. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to lead projects, maintain strong client relationships and support junior members of the team.
