Main ResponsibilitiesWithin the role of dayshift Electrical Craftsperson, you will act as a key member of the 24/7 Maintenance team, focusing on electrical and process control equipment across the plant within a large-scale continuous process manufacturing environment.You will play a key role in responding to plant breakdowns, fault finding, restoring equipment to service safely, and supporting operational reliability across the site.Responsibilities include:Prioritising safety at all times, demonstrating a strong understanding of health, safety and environmental standards, electrical isolations, permit systems and safe working practices within a heavy industrial environment.Responding to electrical breakdowns and carrying out fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on plant equipment in a safe and timely manner.Applying existing knowledge or quickly developing expertise in a wide range of equipment, including instrumentation, PLCs, DCS/SCADA systems, LV and HV motors, switchgear, motor control centres, control gear, AC and DC systems, ..... full job details .....
