Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The role will be based on site, within a small collaborative team. The Role Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple projects from commencement through to final account. Working closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners, you will ensure projects are delivered profitably whilst maintaining the high standards expected by clients, residents and stakeholders.
