You''ll sit between technology, strategy and leadership: setting the technical culture, building the capabilities the team needs, and embedding engineering best practices across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role. You''ll work with senior stakeholders and product leaders across an international organisation to shape a long-term technology vision, while coaching engineers and setting the standard for how software gets built.
