The Role

You’ll be working across a variety of sites for national housebuilders, local authorities, housing associations and management companies, carrying out a range of grounds maintenance duties, including:

* Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
* Strimming and brush cutter work
* Hedge and tree pruning
* Pond and lake maintenance
* Weed control and spraying
* Re-barking and general landscape maintenance

There are also opportunities to develop your skills by working alongside our **Landscaping, Customer Care, Play Equipment Installation and Ecological teams**.

If you have fencing experience, there may also be opportunities to work within our dedicated Fencing division.

What We’re Looking For

* A minimum of 1 year’s experience in grounds maintenance
* A positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
* The ability to read and interpret site plans and landscape drawings
* A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
* A CSCS Card is desirable, although training can be provided if required
* Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday
* 7:00am – 4:00pm
* Overtime available
