Project Support

Location: Ware SG 12 7QE (Office Based)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 -17:30

Holiday allowance: 25 days (pro rata) + Bank holidays

Pension: Employee 5%, Employer 3%

GEA are looking for a proactive Project Support to support engineering projects from planning to completion. If you enjoy coordinating teams, managing schedules, and keeping projects on track, this role is perfect for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Set up projects in our project management system
• Liaise with engineers to schedule and re-schedule field crews and plant
• Organise site logistics including parking, waste removal, and plant off-hire
• Raise purchase orders and ensure invoices are approved by engineers
• Collate  project documentation including processing drilling records and laboratory test results
• Maintain the safety log for on-site engineers
• Provide general project administration and co-ordination

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in project support, administration
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project systems
