- -60,000 - -65,000 salary

- Mon to Fri

- 40 Hour contract

The nursing home specialises in general nursing, dementia and physical disabilities and has excellent-ratings and a very good reputation in the local community.

As the home manager, you will oversee the day to day operations of the nursing home, leading a team of more than 50 staff and ensuring every residents needs are met to the best of the services ability.-

This is a permanent and full-time home manager position, offering a competitive salary of up to -65,000 and a chance to join and up and coming provider in South Wales. Any applicants must have an active nursing pin and experience as a Home Manager previously.

What we need from the new Home Manager:

• Prior nursing home management experience
• Active NMC pin
• Knowledge on CIW regulations
• A genuine passion for top quality care

What your day to day will look like:

• Overseeing operations & compliance for the home
• Leading 50+ staff members
• Communicating with the families of the residents
• Managing budgets and KPIs for the home
• Handling emergencies and incidents in the home
