Business Development Executive
Our client, a company leading in their Industry, are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive forward new business sales and identify new areas of profitable opportunity. As a leader in their field, this business manufactures and distributes high quality products.Offering up to £30,000 per annum plus uncapped commission, working Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30. Based near Bicester.Key responsibilities include:Cleanse and update information on the company CRM.Work towards and hit pipeline targets.Maintain existing and create new relationships with contacts regarding opportunities.Organise and prioritise calls, staying on top of callbacks.Qualify leads and pass them over to the sales team.Build and grow new business, acting on highlighted opportunities.Attend weekly sales meetings, updating the team on conversions, pipeline opportunities and forecasts.Complete weekly reports on leads, forecasts and engagement.Keep up to date on current trends, news and competitors within the industry.Attributes:Previous experience within a business development or internal sales position.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Good computer skills, comfortable using Microsoft Office and adapting to new CRMs.Excellent relationship management, building rapport and encouraging repeat correspondence and sales.Dedicated and keen to support the growth of the company.Work well as part of a team but also individually working off your own initiative.You will need access to
