This is a varied role in which you ll coordinate repairs, manage customer enquiries and work closely with site teams and subcontractors to ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally.With a strong pipeline of projects, low staff turnover and ambitious growth plans, the business can offer long-term stability, fully funded training and genuine opportunities for career progression.The roleYour responsibilities will include: Acting as a main point of contact customers.Recording, prioritising and managing reported defects and maintenance requests.Coordinating remedial work with subcontractors and site teams.Tracking outstanding jobs and ensuring agreed service levels are achieved.Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.Working with Construction, Technical and Commercial teams to resolve issues.Maintaining accurate records using the company s customer care systems.Helping the business maintain excellent customer ..... full job details .....
