Your new role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students with a range of special educational needs (SEN) including autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs
• Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Provide 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual student needs
• Help manage behaviour in line with the school''s policies
• Promote a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment

What you''ll need to succeed

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
• Understanding of additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and reliability for supply work
• A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
