Directly own the PandL responsibility for the regional Capture Services organization in the international region. Oversee budgets and profitability targets.Sustainably grow the business by identifying recurring scan opportunities and maintaining a healthy two-sided marketplace.Cultivate an engaged scan service provider community with vetting and onboarding requirements and high member satisfaction.Manage the Capture Services organization within the region, including hiring and developing high-performing teams.Oversee local regulatory concerns and local policy.Build relationships with senior cross-functional leaders (Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, People Ops) to drive long-term growth.Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent in Business or Engineering-related fields or equivalent experience.Proven entrepreneurial experience; MBA considered highly desirable.Experience in startups, operations, consulting, and/or technology across the EMEA and APAC region.Prior PandL and/or meaningful budget responsibility.Strong interpersonal and management skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and external partners.Analytical thinking with a data-driven mentality and strong business judgment.Excellent communication and organizational skills: written, verbal, and presentation.Leadership by example with the ability to motivate and foster a positive work environment.Experience in marketplace-based business is highly valued.What’s in it for you?
