Payroll Administrator

Hybrid pattern: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home

Portfolio Payroll are currently partnered with a well-established chartered accountancy who are on the search for an experienced Clients Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities:

• You''ll be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of annual, monthly, quarterly, or weekly payrolls. The allocation of clients will be based on experience and complexity of client''s needs.
• Leasing with clients and responding to queries where required
• Processing auto enrolment pensions via payroll
• Setting up PAYE schemes
• Assisting with other ad hoc duties where required

You will have:

• 1+ year experience processing client payrolls within an accountancy/bureau environment
• Strong excel skills
• Good communication/customer service skills
• Experience with Paycircle would be a bonus but not essential
