With a flexible "Anywhere Worker" policy, this role offers hybrid working, requiring on-site attendance in Chelmsford approximately once a week, depending on business needs.As Payroll and People Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused payroll and transactional service. This is a pivotal position that demands a strong understanding of payroll legislation, statutory absence rules, and employment contract compilation, along with practical experience using payroll systems and undertaking user acceptance testing.The organisation is investing in new technologies to enhance self-service and user support, and this role will be integral in supporting that transformation.
