Lead Mechanical Engineer Location: St James''s, LondonSalary: £52,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmBenefits: Standard company benefits package Role Overview We are currently recruiting for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities management (FM) company, covering a portfolio of commercial buildings in St James''s, London. This is a hands-on, mechanically biased role combining day-to-day mechanical maintenance with technical leadership and supervision. You will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, fault finding and servicing across mechanical building services systems throughout the portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial mechanical maintenance, with the ability to lead by example, support other engineers and ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with statutory requirements.
