We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and motivated Behavioural Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), improving quality of care, and helping individuals achieve the best possible outcomes. THE ROLE: As a Behavioural Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support strategies and person-centred practices throughout the organisation. You will work closely with the Quality Director, Responsible Individual, operational teams, and external professionals to ensure best practice is embedded across our services. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines behavioural analysis, administration, quality assurance, staff support, and direct engagement with the people we support.
