Straight-line are currently recruiting for an experienced Tractor Loader Operator to start on a major earthworks project in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex. Responsibilities Operate a tractor loader safely and efficiently. Move and load earth and other site materials. Carry out daily machine inspections and report any defects. Work closely with the site team to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule. Comply with all site health and safety requirements. Essential Requirements Valid CPCS or NPORS Tractor Loader qualification. Proven experience operating a tractor loader on construction or earthworks projects. Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
