This role is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who is ready to step up, support a busy production environment, and act as a key point of leadership on the shopfloor.As Deputy Team Leader, you will work closely with the Team Leader to guide Production Operators, maintain smooth operations, and take charge when the Team Leader is absent.
