Lead for Organisation Development and Staff Development
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Organisational and Staff Development (OSD) practitioner, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver on complex, high impact organisational wide programmes that align to University of the Arts London''s strategic priorities. As an Organisational and Staff Development Lead you will oversee key initiatives such as the staff survey, policy development and review schedule, strategic workforce planning and leadership development. You will review and enhance the internal consultancy service to support local department or college and team level development needs, working in partnership with HR Business Partners and college staff developers. Working collaboratively with colleagues across People and Culture, Trade Unions, Teaching and Learning Directorate, college management teams, you will strengthen the overall OSD service to meet the needs of all staff. You will drive the team''s focus on data and evidence-based interventions and decision making, including organisational learning needs analyses and the production of an annual staff development report to ensure learning is aligned to UAL''s strategy and budgets.
