Sous Chef Rosette

My client, a luxurious manor house in Suffolk, is currently looking for a Sous Chef with Rosette experience to join their team.The 30 bedroom hotel is very well known for the quality of its food and plays host to numerous weddings and banquets. The main restaurant holds 3 AA Rosettes and serves top quality food using fresh ingredients sourced locally and from their on site garden.The successful candidate will have experience at 3 AA Rosette level and will be dynamic, creative and able to support the rest of the kitchen team.The salary for the Sous Chef is based on experience but in the region of £38,000 per annum.Accommodation can be provided in the short term if required.For full details about this role please email your CV to Amanda.Chernick @baxendalemason.co.uk ASAP.
