JOB REF:3129THE ROLE:• You will play a central role in delivering expert legal services across the full spectrum of private client work. • Managing your own varied caseload, including Wills, LPAs, probate, trusts, and estate planning.• Drafting legal documents such as Wills, LPAs, Trust Deeds, Deeds of Variation and more.• Supporting clients throughout the estate administration process with sensitivity and clarity.• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.• Playing an active part in business development to build client relationships and raise the firm''s profile.SKILLS REQUIRED:• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years'' PQE • Proven expertise in Wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and estate administration.• Experience with succession planning for rural and farming clients would be advantageous, but not essential.• STEP qualification is highly desirable• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and sensitively.• A proactive, client-focused mindset with attention to detail.• A genuine interest in developing your own network and profile, as well as the firm''s.ON OFFER:• Competitive remuneration package on offer• Supportive, collaborative
