Finance Administrator - multi siteMulti-site role (office-based with travel required between Matlock, Wirksworth, Bakewell and Buxton)About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organised Finance Administrator to support finance, compliance, and operational functions across multiple office locations.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance and Credit ControlManage day-to-day credit control, including monitoring and chasing aged debt (30/60/90 days)Work closely with colleagues to resolve billing queries and improve cash collectionMaintain accurate financial records and support billing processesAssist with billing and general finance/accounts administrationUtilise LEAP to monitor matters and support debt recoveryAssist in improving financial processes and controlsOperations and Business SupportProvide administrative and operational support across multiple officesAssist with business improvement and operational projectsAct as a central point of coordination for key operational activitiesHealth and Safety and ComplianceCoordinate health and safety compliance across all office locationsMaintain risk assessments, policies, and compliance documentationSupport fire safety procedures, audits, and inspectionsTrack and follow up on actions from audits and compliance reviewsEssentialExperience in finance administration and/or credit controlStrong organisational skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication skills and confidence working with professionals at all levelsAbility to work in
