Role: Service AdministratorLocation: BirminghamHours: 40 hours per week between 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to FridayAre you a skilled and dedicated professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? We have an engaging role for you at our automotive client! As a Service Administrator, you''ll provide administration support, ensuring detailed and accurate records of all work activities are maintained.Your responsibilities will include: Job Card Management: Raise job cards, populate technicians'' time bookings, and finalise parts used and hours charged.Documentation: Collate and check technicians'' documentation, close completed jobs, and review and process service invoices and credits.Warranty Claims: Create, monitor, and process warranty claims, and collate reports as requested.System Updates: Update internal systems with vehicle details, service history, and work progress. What We''re Looking For: Essential: Knowledge of call handling and administration, customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, ability to work independently or as part of a team, strong communication skills, ability to maintain high output levels, and stay focused under pressure.Desirable: Experience in the HGV and waste industry, previous transferable experience.
