Supply Desk is a nationwide education recruitment agency, working with primary and secondary schools across East and West Sussex. We are currently seeking part-time Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools in Lewes on a flexible, day-to-day basis starting from September.

Responsibilities

  Support classroom teachers with lesson preparation and activities

• 
  

  Work with students individually or in small groups

• 
  

  Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

• 
  

  Support behaviour management and encourage student engagement

• 
  

  Adapt quickly to new classrooms and build positive relationships with staff and students

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• 
  

  Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (preferred)

• 
  

  A genuine interest in supporting children''s learning and development

• 
  

  Strong communication and teamwork skills

• 
  

  A current DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
