Reporting to the Customer Service Lead, the successful candidate will be confident and able to problem solve, outgoing with a positive nature and be able to provide an excellent level of service to customers, always exceeding their expectations! Key duties: Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email Using own initiative to deal with customer complains in a professional manner High level order processing Accurate data entry Ensuring documents and reports are completed in a timely and efficient manner and passed on to relevant departments Adhering to company protocols at all times when dealing with specific customer requirements Liaising with multiple individuals/teams both internal and external, to ensure that information is passed on smoothly and accurately Demonstrate the ability to confidently problem solve Key Skills: Able to work well under pressure, ensuring deadlines are met and documents are accurate Able to work alone and as part of a wider team Demonstrates excellent telephone manner Ability to problem solve Previous experience using SAP desirable Able to extract and present data Shows exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills If you are interested in this position
