These children are currently awaiting specialist placements and require someone patient, calm and genuinely committed to helping them feel understood and supported.The children in the provision have a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, cognitive delays and limited communication skills. The school has a fantastic team in place, and they''re looking for someone who can slot in smoothly, work collaboratively and bring a nurturing, steady presence to the classroom.Because most of the children are boys and the team is currently all female, the school would ideally love a male TA.
