About the Role-

We are recruiting compassionate and reliable individuals to work within adult social care services across Hertfordshire. Opportunities are available within-residential care homes, nursing homes, supported living services, and domiciliary care settings.-

As an Adult Social Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support to adults with a range of needs, helping them-maintain-their independence, dignity, and quality of life.-

Day to day duties:--

• Support individuals with their daily living activities.-

• Provide personal care when-required, including-assistance-with washing, dressing, and toileting.-

• Assist-with meal preparation and support with eating and drinking.-

• Help individuals access social, leisure, and community activities.-

• Administer or support with medication where-appropriate-and trained to do so.-

• Maintain-accurate-records and report concerns in line with safeguarding procedures.-

• Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect-at all times.-

• Work effectively as part of a team and follow care plans.-
