The Role We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious business based in Birmingham. Our client is looking for a talented and commercially minded Management Accountant to join their finance team at an exciting stage of their growth journey. This is a hands-on role for someone who is technically strong, comfortable working at pace, and keen to make a real impact in a business that is scaling quickly. You will be responsible for producing accurate and timely management accounts, supporting the senior leadership team with financial insight, and playing an active role in improving the financial processes and controls of the business. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, to agreed deadlines. Provide detailed variance analysis and commentary, explaining key movements against budget and forecast.
