Youll take the lead on strategy, revenue growth, and relationship-building, working closely with departments across the business to ensure success.Your key responsibilities will include:

Driving revenue across key business segmentsWinning new business and nurturing long-standing client relationshipsLeading proposals, tenders, and contract negotiationsCollaborating with the Events, Revenue, and Operations teamsRepresenting the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry forumsCoaching and developing the sales teamMonitoring market trends and adjusting strategies accordinglyWhat Youll Bring
